Tyco completes acquisition of ShopperTrak

On January 26, 2016, Tyco completed its previously announced acquisition of ShopperTrak, a leading global provider of retail consumer behavior insights and location-based analytics to more than 1,200 retailers in 97 countries.

Based in Chicago, ShopperTrak provides customer traffic and related intelligence, enabling retailers to improve sales and operational effectiveness. Tyco's recent acquisition of FootFall, combined with ShopperTrak, will empower us to help retailers effectively improve the shopper's experience and build on our well established inventory visibility and loss prevention solutions, thus enhancing retailers’ revenues and profitability.
